Bio:
Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL.  I spent 8 years in the USAF (primary stations were Moody AFB, Andersen AFB & Cannon AFB).
 
I\\'ve been married for 6 years to a very understand woman (esp. about gaming).  We\\'ve traveled to Spain, France, Italy, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Peru, Bolivia, Canada as well as all across the United States.
 
I have two children from my first marriage (now 19 and 17), and have recently acquired two more (14 and 11).
 
I enjoy extreme hiking, kayaking and camping -- give me a few powerbars, hydro-pack, working GPS and put me in rain forest with no one in site (except for the wife or friends) and I\\'ll be perfectly happy.  I also enjoy world traveling at all the non-tourist locations.  Give me a hostel any day off the week over a hotel.
 
As most know, Thumb is my bestest of buddies.  He\\'s been along on many of my travels.  It\\'s a very rare find when you can take someone AND your wife with you for 3+ weeks backpacking across Peru and Bolivia (and not hate them at the end of it).
 
I\\'m a computer geek -- have been since I first soldered together my first computer (Heathkit) w/ my dad.  After that I upgraded to a Sinclair, TRS-80, and the one I think of most fondly: my C-64.  My most favorite game, and the one that most got me hooked on computer gaming, was Ultima IV.  Look up the 8 Virtues of the Avatar -- I\\'m still enthralled with these very simple concepts.
 
Of course, since I\\'m a geek the FPS I played the most was Castle Wolfenstein.  After that was some extensive Doom (multiplayer over a 14.4 modem) and onto Quake 1, 2 & 3 (never even considered 4).
 
I also enjoyed BattleField Vietnam, and really loved BF2 (spawning on your Squad-leader is awesome).
